This is a deposit for a share of half a side of beef. Final cost will be charged $4.50 per Lb hanging weight plus cut and wrap and portion of butcher fee. Whole and 1/2 of beef shares available they include custom cut and wrap, please purchase multiple quantities to reserve your desired amount. Butcher date late Spring 2023
